Job summary

Listen Labs, the world's fastest AI research platform, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale journey for enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth; act as the main day-to-day contact for key accounts; collaborate with sales to uncover expansion opportunities; and help shape our product roadmap through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products is a plus.
• Must be able to work in office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey post-sale, managing onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmap.
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks as we scale.
