Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check required including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
