Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help both consumer and business customers retain and grow relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will deliver excellent service, leverage pre-set appointments and referrals, and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking or related field.
• Background check requirements including fingerprinting as per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; strong customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking tools.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
