• 1–3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Experience managing client relationships or service accounts.
• Knowledge of turf care, plant health, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Property inspection and quality control.
• Problem-solving and service recovery.
• Landscape maintenance knowledge.
• Time management and organization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients and conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality.
• Perform routine property inspections to ensure crews meet company standards and contract scope.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and crew leaders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Review scopes of work, identify additional service opportunities, and assist with contract renewals and client retention.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and prepare proposals in coordination with estimating and operations.
• Maintain records of site visits, client communications, and service issues, and provide updates to operations leadership.
