Job summary

Monetary Metals is seeking a Customer Deployment Support Specialist to assist client deployments, product installations, and ongoing customer operations. The role requires independent work, proactive problem-solving, and interaction with customers, with travel up to 25% and occasional international trips.

In-office position reporting to the VP of Asset Assurance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer or technical support, strong communication skills, and a background in hardware/software

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, product support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%, including occasional international travel.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor remote CCTV installations at client sites and support deployment activities.
• Monitor client operations, including stock-takes and system uptime.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and support tickets, providing timely follow-up.
• Field, triage, log, track, and resolve customer issues; escalate higher-level requests as appropriate.
• Provide technical support across company products and services and analyze customer requirements.
• Set up and configure production systems and prepare hardware for customer use.
• Prepare and import customer data for new and existing customers.
• Perform product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers as needed.
• Travel to customer locations and industry events as required.
