Job summary

Copper’s Client Operations Associate role focuses on delivering technical support to institutional clients and serving as the first line of defence for inquiries. You’ll troubleshoot issues, own case flow, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve client experience.

Ideal candidates will have crypto/financial services experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset to operate in a 24/7, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical account management role in finance/crypto.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to institutional clients and troubleshoot issues.
• Take ownership of incoming queries and manage client expectations under time pressures.
• Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and relay feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to address inquiries.
