Associated Bank is seeking an Executive Support Services/Field Engineer to partner with executives, delivering responsive technology support and guiding high-visibility deployments. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer/Network Servicing or equivalent.
• 6+ years troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting endpoint/workplace tech.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams and collaboration tools.
• 6+ years supporting senior/executive leaders in time-sensitive/high-visibility situations.
• 6+ years coordinating deployments, lifecycle activities, vendors, and project/workflow activities.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders with responsive technology assistance and device support.
• Resolve complex endpoint, communication, and workplace tech issues with sound judgment.
• Lead high-visibility technology deployments, equipment refreshes, and office moves from planning to stabilization.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Information Security, apps teams, and vendors to deliver timely solutions.
• Communicate clearly with executives and tech partners during high-priority issues and projects.
• Identify recurring tech issues and collaborate to improve reliability and prevent disruptions.
• Maintain a high-touch support experience focused on responsiveness and discretion.
