You will work largely in‑office with about 25% travel, including occasional international trips, and interact directly with customers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus relevant experience required.
• 2+ years in customer or product support in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel ~25%, including international travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client deployments and perform hardware and software setup.
• Serve as primary contact for customer calls and support tickets.
• Triaged, logged, tracked, and resolved customer issues.
• Perform product demonstrations and verify hardware/software quality.
• Travel to client sites, events, and training as required.
