Job summary

Zoro, LLC is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the orchestration layer between signature and a running system. You will manage calendars, coordinate kickoff and on-site weeks, and ensure a smooth training cadence for each client engagement.

In this role, you’ll own metrics, flag risks early, and maintain proactive client communication to keep installations on track and handoffs self-sufficient for the client's team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or client delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Organized to a fault with systematized processes.
• Direct communicator, written and verbal.
• Comfort working on-site at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Run the deployment calendar across every active engagement.
• Coordinate kickoffs, on-site weeks, and training sessions.
• Track install metrics and flag slipping dates.
• Keep clients informed; no client should ever have to ask for status.
• Own the handoff checklist to leave clients self-sufficient.
