Job summary

Zoro, LLC is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the orchestration layer between signature and a running system. You will manage calendars, coordinate kickoff and on-site weeks, and ensure a smooth training cadence for each client engagement.

In this role, you’ll own metrics, flag risks early, and maintain proactive client communication to keep installations on track and handoffs self-sufficient for the client's team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or client delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Organized to a fault with systematized processes.
• Direct communicator, written and verbal.
• Comfort working on-site at client sites.

A Zoro engagement lives or dies in the weeks between signature and a running system. Engineers do the building; someone has to run everything around the building: the kickoff, the on-site weeks, the training sessions, the hundred small dependencies that decide whether an install lands on time.

As Deployment Operations Manager you run that layer across every active client. You own the deployment calendar, keep clients informed before they ask, and make sure the handoff to the client's team actually sticks.
