Job summary

Zoro, LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed on-site with client companies, map how they actually run, and build production systems inside their stack.

You will own the deploy, the adoption, and the results—not just the code—train the client's team until the system runs without you, and bring field insights back to the Zoro platform. This role requires 5+ years shipping production software and comfort with operators and executives.

Every Zoro engagement starts the same way: one engineer inside a real company, watching how the work actually moves. Not the org chart version. The version where an invoice waits three days because one person is on vacation.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you run that loop end to end. You map the operation, build the system inside the client's stack, deploy it, and stay until the client's team runs it without you. Then you take what the field taught you back to the platform.
