Job summary

Attivo Partners is hiring a Client Delivery Director to oversee end-to-end service delivery across client accounts. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high-quality execution, and lead a team to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with executive leadership on delivery strategy, build strong client relationships, and support growth opportunities while managing resources, KPIs, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client delivery roles.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to build trust and credibility.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of services, projects and products across client accounts.
• Ensure client deliverables meet quality, timelines and budget expectations.
• Resolve delivery issues and act as escalation point.
• Lead onboarding and staffing of client engagements and teams.
• Develop strategic client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
