Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Delivery Director to lead the successful delivery and growth of current client engagements. You will manage delivery quality, budget performance, and client relationships as the primary contact.

A strong leadership presence and cross-team collaboration are essential. The role requires 8–10 years in enterprise delivery, 15+ years in IT, and experience in professional services and eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business and/or equivalent IT industry experience.
• 8–10 years managing enterprise engagements in a professional services context.
• 10+ years IT industry experience with solid services delivery background.
• Experience in eCommerce / digital services and portfolio growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for existing accounts, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and milestone achievement.
• Own revenue and profitability targets for current clients and growth opportunities.
• Manage and mentor delivery teams; supervise staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams for successful engagements.
• Oversee SDLC adherence, risk management, and successful project outcomes.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and optimize delivery processes and value realization.
