Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Texas seeks a Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, handle front desk duties, and support providers with scheduling. A strong emphasis on customer service, etiquette, and confidentiality is required.

The role involves multi-tasking, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment while using Microsoft Office and POS systems to manage client data and appointments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and by phone.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, inventory, supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional facility environment.
• Assist providers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Follow company policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately manage POS system with client/employee data.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone. Providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clients
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assistant providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the location
• Ensure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.
  
  

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Previous customer service experience (1 year)
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
• Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Bilingual preference given
