Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Texas is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, provide service information, and maintain a welcoming front desk. You will manage scheduling, perform basic administrative tasks, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support providers and managers to deliver a smooth, premium experience.

Ideal candidates have a customer service background, weekend availability, and comfort with med spa environments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (1 year).
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Must maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
• Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual preference given.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone, providing basic knowledge about services.
• Manage front desk duties including checking patients in/out, answering calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory, and keeping supplies stocked.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
• Ensure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge
