Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is hiring for a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service role in New Jersey. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital and self-service options, and support the sales process through outreach and referrals.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years in teller or client service, with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Weekend hours and travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls, offers checks, and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
