Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in the United States for the Cinnaminson area. You will engage clients with a friendly demeanor, perform transactions, and uncover needs while educating customers on digital and self-service options.

You will support the sales process, participate in client outreach, and help ensure a consistent, trusted experience across branches by building relationships and applying product knowledge. Some weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and by performing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
