Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an attentive Teller/Client Service Associate to provide banking services with accuracy and a superior client experience in a regular full-time role on 1st shift in the United States.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, support outbound outreach, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs while following internal controls and risk management policies. Participate in training to expand product knowledge and service capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload as branch demands.
