• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Commit to expanding product knowledge through meetings and e-learning.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
