Job summary

Truist is seeking a Retail Banking Client Service professional to deliver a high-quality client experience in a branch setting. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking tools, and support sales opportunities with outbound outreach while aligning with IRM strategies.

Committed to ongoing training, you will stay informed of policy changes and assist with new accounts and issue resolution as needed, including occasional travel or weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education, demonstrated customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task, work weekends/extended hours, and adapt to branch needs.
• Proven interpersonal skills and comfort with sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to improve service experience.
• Support outbound client outreach and identify needs for solutions.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Attend trainings and maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and controls.
