Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time team member in the United States (Miami, FL) to deliver timely and efficient client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management to meet clients’ financial needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Own product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
