Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a customer-oriented banking professional to provide timely servicing of client transactions and build relationships. You will educate clients on digital channels, support sales through outbound outreach, and help deliver Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and referring clients to branches.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training classes and learning.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
