Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cash-handling, retail, or teller experience.
• Prior sales and referrals experience preferred.
• Must comply with banking laws and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely client interactions and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Respond to servicing requests with product knowledge to resolve issues.
• Promote digital banking solutions and refer clients to internal partners as needed.
• Assist in branch operations, including cash drawer balancing and lobby management.
• Maintain risk, compliance, and security standards; uphold professional appearance and conduct.
