Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions with accuracy, speed, and problem resolution.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests with product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through personalized in-person and outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, and balancing.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
