KeyBank is seeking a friendly Teller to serve clients in-branch, process transactions, and help customers with financial needs. You will balance cash, follow procedures, and refer customers to bankers for deeper financial guidance.

Comfort with PCs, calculators, and basic banking policies is required; the role includes Saturday work and compliance with all policies and ethics. Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person client service and handle account transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer to bankers.
• Balance cash drawer and follow balancing procedures.
• Promote banking products and services to clients.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Comply with bank policies and ethics.
