KeyBank is seeking a Teller to provide in-person client service at a branch, processing transactions and assisting clients with their banking needs. You will listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker for deeper guidance.

Balance cash, follow security procedures, and stay current on product guides. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in client service and cash handling. Saturdays may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Proficient with Windows-based PCs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent in-person client service in branch.
• Handle teller functions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
• Follow compliance and security procedures.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines.
• Support Saturdays as required.
