Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Efficient, accurate teller function performance.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate as needed.
• Refer clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines; follow policies and procedures.
