Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and over-the-phone interactions.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory requirements, and training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
