Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge - partnering with branch team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs in compliance with bank policies.
