Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver welcoming service, cultivate client relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions in a branch setting. The role focuses on leveraging technology, understanding client needs, and guiding customers through banking products and services.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and by phone, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within risk and compliance obligations, including training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required within 180 days.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
