Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Proven ability to establish new clients, deepen relationships, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits for different clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses are required or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
