Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality in a branch setting, using modern banking solutions to assist clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to tailor solutions for clients’ needs.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on customer experience, and adherence to regulatory standards. Training and licensing requirements apply, with opportunities to grow within the Consumer & Community

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses (or plan to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet clients' financial needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
