Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in New York. You will represent the brand with hospitality, Acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using banking solutions and technology.

The role requires strong communication skills, sales experience in banking, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. You will engage clients, advocate for solutions, and connect them to experts to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and anticipate client requirements.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase tech (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking anytime.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
