Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, check-in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
