• Educate clients on day-to-day banking activities and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash handling with cash devices, while following bank procedures.
