Temco Logistics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include handling orders, providing delivery and product details, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
• Knowledge of Temco Logistics delivery and installation services is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor when needed.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules for real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics products and services.
• Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
• Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
