Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and encourage use of self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
