JPMorgan Chase in Michigan seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver warm, personalized banking experiences and build lasting client relationships using the latest financial technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailoring solutions to meet their financial needs.

This role requires at least 1 year of sales in Retail Banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Conhecimentos

Sales experience in Retail Banking

Formação

High school diploma or GED

SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/63 licensing, Life licenses
