Job summary

JPMorganChase in California seeks a Relationship Banker to welcome clients, promote banking solutions, and build lasting relationships using modern financial tech. You will lead on acquiring and managing client relationships while delivering superior service and expert guidance.

You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services to assist clients and collaborate with specialists for complex needs, while complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses with JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and collaborate with team of experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
