Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide them through Chase Mobile App usage and self-service options.

Collaborating with the branch team, you will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and ensure regulatory compliance while handling cash and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, while following bank policies.
