Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver attentive, hospitable service and advise clients on banking solutions using the latest digital tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and support daily transactions while upholding regulatory standards.

In this role, you will build trusted relationships, collaborate with the branch team, and help clients meet their financial goals through product knowledge and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Reading and speaking English and Russian required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide ongoing account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs as needed.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch team to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and operating cash devices, following bank policies.
