Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs when/how they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
