Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the Los Angeles area to deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the Chase brand with hospitality. You will help clients meet their financial goals by sharing product knowledge and solutions, while collaborating with team members to drive branch success.

In this role, you will guide clients through day-to-day banking, leverage digital tools like the Chase Mobile App, and support account servicing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault or ATM, in compliance with bank policies.
