JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and use banking solutions to meet client needs. You will build lasting relationships and offer thoughtful financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, SIE/FINRA Series 6 licensing, and willingness to work weekends/evenings. Compliance and licensing processes will be part of the onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Licensing in SIE/FINRA Series 6 and Life licenses or eligibility.
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, welcoming service.
• Acquire, manage, and retain client relationships via in-person or phone meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn and explain banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
