Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products to clients with varying needs.
• Excellent communication, both in person and by phone.
• Commitment to risk/compliance requirements and training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with teams.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
