You will open accounts, educate clients on products, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional experiences while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team members to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies and procedures.
