Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, attentive service and to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will use Chase Mobile App and digital tools to support day‑to‑day banking, while building trusted client relationships and collaborating with the branch team to deliver seamless service.

Your role includes opening new accounts, servicing existing ones, and handling branch operations in a compliant, customer‑focused environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to help clients reach their goals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and vault/ATM responsibilities following bank procedures.
