Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn banking products quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships through listening, questions, and collaborative teamwork to meet goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in compliance with procedures.
