Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and technology-driven service. You will deliver attentive client experiences, help clients meet financial goals, and build trusted relationships through product knowledge and solutions.

You will assist with daily banking needs, onboarding, and digital tools usage while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork and a client-first approach across the branch.

Qualifications

• Client service experience is required and focus on hospitality.
• Ability to quickly learn banking products, processes and policies.
• Reading and speaking Cantonese is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them to service options.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain and assist with digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet client needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions to help clients reach financial goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
