The role emphasizes greeting clients, handling transactions, opening accounts, and complying with policies while leveraging technology for self-service options and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
